Working longer hours in health care during COVID-19, Melissa’s Daily Moisturiser is helping to balance her combination skin and oily breakouts AND keep her hands soft and supple in the face of constant hand sanitising.
This is Melissa’s story…
“I have a mixture of dry and oily skin on my face.
Before trying the Ecology Skincare moisturisers, I was starting to change my products at home to low tox (personal use as well as household cleaners).
The fewer the ingredients the better for me.
I came across Ecology and thought the ingredients ticked all the boxes for me.
I was always self-conscious about the oily pimples that would break out every so often on my face… and it would get me down.
I tried cleansing with a face washer and a foaming facewash followed by a light moisturiser for sensitive skin.
Now, I use a Konjac Sponge to cleanse daily, followed by my Ecology Moisturiser – it works so well for me.
I rarely use make up, but I put on some tinted natural zinc sunscreen each day.
I also do a light moisturise on my legs and arms each morning.
At night I clean this off with my Konjac Sponge and apply a little more Ecology Moisturiser.
I carry a small travel size Ecology Moisturiser with me during the day to apply to my hands and as a lip balm as needed.
I work in healthcare and use hand sanitiser multiple times per day.
Right in the middle of COVID-19, I was much busier at work and was asked to work extra hours.
I didn’t want my hands to go the way of my colleagues with all that extra hand washing and hand sanitising…
