How do I get free shipping on my subscription orders?

If your subscription order is over $99 it will automatically qualify for free shipping on each renewal order (yahoo!) 

There's a free gift promotion on at the moment, how do I get the free gift added to my order?

We got you! ...if there’s a free gift promotion on at the time your renewal order is processed to be packed up and shipped out, we will add that free gift to your order (yahoo!)

Note that this will show up on your invoice each time as ‘Current Gift’ ...but a free gift will only be added if we have a free gift promotion on at the time your subscription order is processed

On your first order -  if there's a free gift promotion on at the time you sign up for your subscription, you'll need to add the gift code to your order to get the free gift aded to your first order

I’m not ready for my next order yet, how do I delay it?

No problems, just simply log in to your Account and click on ‘Subscriptions’ and click ‘View’
Then in the ‘Actions’ section click on the ‘Change Upcoming Order Date’ button.
In the calendar drop-down, select when you would like your next order to be processed for payment
(remembering that we will pack and ship your order within 2 business days of the date you select)

*Note that this will also change the shipping date for all of your future orders*

For example, if your order is normally processed on the 1st of the month and you want to push it to the 15th of the month for your next order.
Your future orders will now be processed on the 15th of the month.
Depending on your order frequency, this will mean your future orders will now be processed on the 15th every 2 months, 3 months or 4 months.

I need more time between deliveries, how can I change the frequency?

No problems, just simply log in to your Account and click on ‘Subscriptions’ and ‘View’
Then in the ‘Subscription totals’ section click on the ‘Change Subscription Frequency' button.
This will take you back to the product page where you can update your preferred frequency in the drop down (2 months, 3 months or 4 months).
Click ‘Sign Up Now’ and go through checkout to confirm your selection.

Your subscription frequency will be updated, but no payment or order will be processed right now.

Simply take note of your next order processing and shipping date and if you need to change that you can do it in your ‘My Account (see above instructions for changing a next order date)

I need my next order NOW, how can I get my order early?

No problems, just simply log in to your Account and click on ‘Subscriptions’ and click ‘View’
Then in the ‘Actions’ section click on the 'Change Upcoming Order Date' button.
In the calendar drop-down, select when you would like your next order to be processed for payment
(remembering that we will pack and ship your order within 2 business days of the date you select, so if you choose today’s date, your order will ship in the next 2 business days)

*Note that this will also change the shipping date for all of your future orders*

For example, if todays’ date is the 15th and your order is normally processed on the 1st of the month, but you want to put your order in for processing and shipment today.
Your future orders will now be processed on the 15th of the month.
Depending on your order frequency, this will mean your future orders will now be processed on the 15th every 2 months, 3 months or 4 months.

I want to add some more products to my subscription order, how do I do that?

No problems! ...In the online store, simply navigate to the product you would like to add to your subscription.

You can add any product to your subscription, even if it's not a 'subscription' product.

If the product is a 'subscription' product, then click on the ‘Subscribe’ option.
Choose the delivery interval you have your current subscription on and click on the check box ‘Add to an existing subscription’ below the 'Sign up Now' button
Then click ‘Add’

If the product is not a 'subscription' product then simply click on the check box ‘Add to an existing subscription’ below the Add to Cart button.
Then click ‘Add’

Note that this will add this product to your recurring subscription order

To remove products from your recurring subscription order follow the directions in "I want to take a product off my subscription order, how do I do that?"

I want to take a product off my subscription order, how do I do that?

No problems, just simply log in to your Account and click on ‘Subscriptions’ and click on ‘View’
Then in the ‘Subscription totals’ section, you’ll see an (X) next to each of the products.

Click the (X) next to the product you want to delete from your subscription order and then choose ‘Ok’ on the pop-up to remove this product from your subscription.

What if I’m going away and I want to put my subscription on hold?

No problems, just simply log in to your Account and click on ‘Subscriptions’ and click ‘View’
Then in the ‘Actions’ section click on the ‘Change Upcoming Order Date’ button.
In the calendar drop-down, select when you would like your next order to be processed for payment
(remembering that we will pack and ship your order within 2 business days of the date you select)

I have ‘Current Gift’ on my shipping notification, but no gift was added to my order…?

This is a reminder for our team to add a free gift to your order if there’s a current promotion for a free gift on at the time your subscription renewal order is processed.

If there’s a free gift promo on at the time - a free gift will be added to your order.
If there isn’t a free gift promo on at the time your subscription order is processed - no free gift will be added to your order, but we'll take a look and see if we have any samples in our 'freebie' box to add to your order (no promises)

Can I use my Rewards Points with my subscription orders?

Right now the answer to this is no… I’m so sorry!
It’s a current limitation of the tech, but we’re pushing the developers of this tech to make this happen
(because it totally makes sense that you should be able to use your Rewards Points, right?)

In the meantime, your rewards points will still accumulate from your subscription orders (yahoo!) and you will be able to redeem these Rewards Points from your subscription orders when you make ‘one-time purchases’

How do I change my address for my subscription orders?

No problems, just simply log in to your Account and click on ‘Addresses’.

Then under the ‘Shipping Address’ click ‘Edit'
Enter your new address and check the box to ‘Update the Shipping Address used for all my active subscriptions’ 

Then click ‘Save Address’

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

That’s fine, you can cancel anytime… but we’ll miss you!
You can click on the ‘Cancel’ button in your ‘My Account’
