I find the different shampoos quite effective but am struggling with the conditioner. I watched the video to make sure I was using it correctly but still no luck. I don't find it makes my hair any softer. I have naturally wavy shoulder length hair. Has anyone else had similar issues?

I was sceptical at first using soap on hair but after trying this I'm very surprised with the product especially the conditioner bar, i can run a comb through wet hair .
