We’ve sourced natural, premium quality, food-grade Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate), mined from natural deposits in Germany, with minimal processing by man or machinery.
Natural Epsom Salt mined from the earth is rare. Most Epsom Salt is created in laboratories by chemically reacting compounds of magnesium and sulphate
Directions for Use:
Add 2 cups of mineral salts to a standard warm (not hot) bath or 1 cup to a footbath.
Soak for 20 minutes or for as long as you feel comfortable and relaxed. Make sure you drink lots of water to help with the detoxification process.
Gently pat your skin dry with a towel and moisturise with your favourite Ecology Day & Night Cream.
