This one is Woohoo’s extra strength formulation.

This formulation utilises a balance of active odour fighting ingredients including: bi-carb soda, diatomaceous earth, triethyl citrate and zinc that work together to protect against body odour.
It also harnesses the extra odour-neutralising powers of essential oils – cedarwood, eucalyptus and peru balsam …which also means it’s not suitable for sensitive skin

* Triethyl citrate is natural and is derived from citric acid and breaks down the bacteria that makes you smell! And it works a treat 🙂

Wild has a fresh aroma to help you feel energised and raring to go. Honey Myrtle has the antibacterial properties of tea tree but with a lemon zing to it. Cedarwood, Eucalytpus and Peru Balsam add to Wild’s odour-neutralising powers while still helping to evoke outdoor dreams.

The aroma is a little stronger than Urban so at the end of the day you will still get a little waft of this incredibly invigorating scent.

Instead of using Kaolin clay, Wild uses Diatomaceous Earth (this is a powder made from plant and algae fossils) as it has an amazing ability to absorb both oil and water. Your sweat contains both oil (sebum) and water so diatomaceous earth helps to keep you drier for longer. This gives Woohoo Wild the extra oomph to be taken off road and on wild adventures.

P.S. If you’re used to using an antiperspirant, please remember that this isn’t one! This deodorant works by neutralising odour and keeps you dryer by absorbing moisture, but it DOESN’T block your pores with aluminium to stop you from sweating. It can take a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to this type of deodorant but it’s worth the wait!

If you’re using an antiperspirant deodorant then you could be making yourself unhealthy without even realising.

Antiperspirants stop you from healthy sweating by blocking your pores. Then most (like an unwanted party guest) leave aluminium salts in your beautiful bod. Boo.

Aluminium is not normally found in your body so a big red flag is raised when researchers find it in our body tissue. It shows that our body absorbs aluminium, and your antiperspirant could be a cause of this.

Aluminium is a neurotoxin and it has links to increasing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. It has also been found to disrupt your endocrine system by mimicking the hormone estrogen. Anything that can do this raises alarm bells in the breast cancer world.

It’s also the culprit for staining your clothes yellow!

So as you can see, it’s important to embrace the sweat and ditch antiperspirants.
