Shipping

We post via Australia Post eParcel, parcel post or letter post
Orders are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders in before 9am will ship on these days.
Your order will ship out within 2-4 business days of you placing it (Monday-Friday) from Somerville in Victoria, AUSTRALIA.
(unless products are on back-order or a fresh batch needs to be made to fulfil your order)

Within Australia: Postage is based on Australia Post standard postage rates and starts at $11 for a package under 500g
Delivery will take between 2-5 business days between the major cities and up to 5-6 days to regional areas
Delivery of the trial orders is via untracked letter post and can take up to 5-7 business days and longer to regional or rural areas

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $99. The shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are calculated after any rewards points or discounts are applied to the order.

International: Postage is based on Australia Post standard postage rates
It will take between 10-15 business days for your delivery to arrive, depending on your location.
We cannot be responsible for any extra customs charges levied in the destination country

 

Returns Policy

If you’re not happy with your Ecology Skincare products, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues.

If we can’t fix your problem and you wish to return your Ecology Skincare for a replacement or store credit you are free to do so.

Please return your products to us within 7-days of receiving them for a replacement or store credit.
We do not cover the cost of postage on returns. You will also assume any risk of lost or damaged items during transit back to us, so we advise you to return the products via registered post and take out insurance.
We can not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit on their return back to us.

Once we have received the items, as per prior agreement, we’ll either send you a replacement or organise a store credit.

We take all care possible, but sometimes accidents happen. If you have received an item that is broken or damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, include a photograph of your product and we’ll arrange a replacement item for you.

We’re happy to offer a store credit on products that are unopened and unused. Please return your unopened products to us within 7-days of receiving it for a replacement or store credit.
